Appointment of Dr. André Schüller-Zwierlein to the new DOAJ Advisory Board

We are delighted that Dr. André Schüller-Zwierlein, Director of the University Library of Regensburg, has been appointed to the new DOAJ Advisory Board, where he will represent the German region.

The board, which has 26 members from 20 countries, provides strategic advice and impetus for the further development of the DOAJ.

The EZB has been working closely with the DOAJ for many years, particularly within the framework of the DFG-funded openCost project (https://gepris.dfg.de/gepris/projekt/457354095). This involves the exchange of data in order to continuously improve open access information for the scientific community, including the display of information on publishing in the EZB.

More information on the DOAJ Advisory Board can be found here:

The first meeting will take place in October.
